#AskTheExpert My baby boy is 6.5months old. His birth weight 2.2k and now his weight is 7.3k. I have started semi-solid. Could you please tell me what should I need to give him as solid and how many times I can give him solid food in a day?

A. Hello mom Full term baby turns to almost double the birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months and then later on for the age of one year did 888 you can now get the baby a mix of liquid and semisolid consistency foods the quantity should be as per how well the baby is able to accept it without being forced and also gradually increase the variety of foods as well you can get steamed vegetables or soups also thin dal Or rice or kichidi ,ragi or suji or multigrain porridge
