Q.

#asktheexpert My baby boy is 4 months 10 days old weighing 4.6 Kg, birth weight was 2.7 Kg. He is very active, reaching all milestones appropriately but his weight gain is very slow. Any advice?

A. dear Mum, weight gain is slightly slower, however don't worry if your baby is achieving all growth milestones. continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. at one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
