Give three meal and two snacks
Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
ruby sMom of a 4 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. After 12 month babies weight gain will be slow so their food requirement will also get low. Offer frequent meals dont offer full meal at a time. Even if it is small portion give it as energy rich food.. eg:if he eats half dosa or chapathi apply ghee and give which is energy dense .
