Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom Redness and roughness on the cheeks is due to dryness. Apply any good baby brand cream on the cheeks. This will help to moisturise the skin leaving it soft and smooth. Take care
