#asktheexpert my baby boy 8months 3days old...having fever from yesterday i am using fever drops....today mrg having 99 fever....now its showing 101.....eating properlyonly ....urian and motion eveeyrhink good can u siggestion me regading fever

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. it may be due to viral infection therefore it will take a longer duration of time you can continue giving the paracetamol to baby every 6 hourly for the fever .

if the temperature remains same ,I mean if it is 100f or above for more than 3 days, please visit your pediatrician for it.
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep your child hydrated
keep your child in well vantileted room
maintain good hygiene
