See It possibly can be that your child is a pre-term child which is why the doctor say normally if a child is born before time they can take a month extra to reach the milestone but it’s almost 45 days extra on top of that so it’s better that once you take a consultation from a child specialist because a proper assessment would be required before anything is correctly advice to you
