#asktheexpert my baby billirubin is 15, and my breastmilk still not running smoothly, please tell me what should I do

A. The bilirubin levels are very high end. It might require phototherapy to consult your doctor immediately, and try expressing the milk if the baby is not sucking, actively. It will take some time for the breastmilk supply to establish and until then you have to keep breast-feeding
