#AskTheExpert my baby 4 weeks old seems to make harsh noise certain times while feeding as if he cannot breathe, i instantly take him on my shoulder in an upright position and he is fine. Also he sleeps fine. i am using nasoclear drops for him. what else can I do to ease his discomfort

Use saline nasal drops
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
