#asktheexpert my baby 2 months is having red rashes around neck and skin is very dry,we massage her twice a day with coconut oil but still skin appears flaky and not smooth. please advise

A. hi. neck rash are common in infants.. apply candid cream at affected area couple of times a day. wear loose cotton clothes. if no cure meet ur doctor
