Hello ma’am See for infants till the age of six months it’s very common they can go without passing motion for 6 to 10 days also and even 12 to 14 days or 15 days in certain cases but if your child is taking all the feeds properly and the urine output is fine they need not worry about it.. For cold I would advise you to consult your paediatrician for a proper medication
