make sure you are giving only breastfeed to the child and feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions and give colicaid drops thrice a day
if baby doesn't burp then hold in upright position for half an hour

if a child is gaining enough weight and look happy and active then no need to worry for this.
To prevent this , please offer small and frequent feeds.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
make sure your child latches properly because sometimes while feeding babies gulp air bubbles and air gets trapped in stomach then at the time of burping or after feeding air comes out with milk which we call spit up.
burp your baby well after each feeding.
