#asktheexpert my 9 months old baby is having six teeth and in one tooth she is having something black lining can't identify if it's cavity or something got stuck there. kindly help me how to remove if something stuck or what to do if it's a cavity. also want to know is it possible that a 9months old baby have tooth cavity. so scared as i tried to peel it from my finger and also with her tounge cleaner but she cried loudly and after dat i have her water that time also she cried. please help me.

Yes If proper oral hygiene is not maintained then years a child can have cavity at this age also and the black lining could be due to offend any iron supplements you are giving to the child otherwise the best doctor you can visit right now would be a child dentist she can clear all your queries after checking the teeth and gums of your child
