Black stain can be signs for cavity.
please consult Pediatric Dentist as early as possible for proper evaluation and required treatment, as caries in initial stages can be restored well.
maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing twice daily.

Sometimes this is because of cavity. If there is any sort of pain Then you should consult with dentist. Otherwise start using fluoride free toothpaste to brush your babies teeth. You have to brush your are baby teeth twice a day. Once in the morning and once before baby go to sleep.
