#AskTheExpert My 9 month baby is having fever with loose motion from yesterday. Her teeth has not come out.

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi you can gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip to facilitate the eruption process of teeth..give your kid chilled silicone based teething rings to chew on.. maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene around your child

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, Fever with motion indicates infection. It is not related to teething. While teething babies will have irritation in the gums so they will keep whatever they will get in their hands. So if the things are not clean by this they might get infection. Please check with your paediatrician. If you’re using bottle to feed then it might also cause infection if it is not sterilised properly.
