ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, do not give dates as it is.. Start with one date along with other fruits It can be mashed with other fruits or steamed.
or can add date puter in her food

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and some fruits and vegetables doesn’t suits to some babies and in my opinion you should avoid to give baby and also after few months you can give again and if baby can digest then give it further.
