#asktheexpert My 7month daughter has developed black patch om her tongue. it has been 3-4days. i have tried cleaning tongue but that colour is not going away. Kindly advise please. she is having Mim z 1ml and vitanova 0.5ml.

A. good morning I would not recommend you to give any medicine to the baby without a clinical examination I would recommend you to try to clean the tongue with the help of soft muslin cloth dipped in lukewarm water
