#AskTheExpert my 7 month old baby love to eat..but whenever I make her to eat something..like ragi mart or egg or rice.. constipation occures and her stools becomes very hard and this will hurt her a lot

A. hi your baby is 7 months old now at this age semi-solid feeds can cause constipation so give few teaspoon of water after each feed and give warm massage to belly and make cycling movement of both legs
