#AskTheExpert My 6yr old boy is getting new teeth (02) behind the old one. Is there anything to worry

A. Hi yes you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for early removal of the milk teeth as eruption process of permanent teeth has started.. otherwise it will be placed behind

A. Hi mom No nothing to worry about this This is normal to get new permanent teeth even if the milk teeth has not fallen.. When the milk teeth will fall, the teeth coming at the back will take its position itself.
