#asktheexpert my daughter has started getting new teeth, but the milk teeth are not out yet. a new tooth has started to grow behind the milk tooth. what should be done?

A. Hi you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for early removal of the retained milk teeth..as permanent teeth is erupting behind the milk teeth it will cause malalignment of the erupting teeth
