#asktheexpert My 5year old son is always suffering from constipation. I don't want him to be dependent on laxative drugs. Please suggest some best practices and home remedies.

A. hi your baby is 5 years old now to help stool passage give plenty of fluids including milk and include seasonal fruits and vegetables in diet avoid maida products like biscuits and keep baby physically active

A. Hi dear good afternoon Give them lukewarm water every morning. Include a banana everyday. These two are best constipation relievers. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective.
