kindly check health issues like nutritional deficiency, worm infection, dehydration, stomach problem like colic, indigestion or constipation etc.
please offer small and frequent meal.
offer easy to digest food like khichdi rice fruits upma etc to your child.
include natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc in your child diet.
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene.
