#asktheexpert My 5 month old is doing vomiting and major part of vomiting is water and curdled milk. Wanted to ask if this is normal And possible reasons why this happening.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. It's normal for babies to spit up 10 to 12 times a day.Most babies stop spitting up by 12 months.
Spit-up becomes a problem if your baby isn't gaining weight.
Hold your baby in a fairly upright position when you feed him
Burp your baby after each feeding and try to keep him in an upright position for half an hour or so.
Don't overfeed your baby.
