#AskTheExpert my 4yrs kid growth is not good, because he did not eat well, very choosey for the selected food, what I do to increase the interest in food and also appetite will increase.

Please avoid force feeding the kiddo as this will make the kiddo dislike the food.. keep a gap of at least three hours in between meals.. give natural appetizers like coconut water buttermilk limewater etc to the kiddo sometime before giving meals.. also give variety all the family foods..make the kiddo understand by telling stories specially of his favourite characters.. also check for constipation worms in the tummy
