A. dear mum, what is your 4th month old Baby's weight? if your baby has been gaining at least 500 grams per month and is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones then do not worry. For healthy weight gain, exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain. it is common among babies to vomit after feeding. burp baby after every feed. keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce the chances of vomit.
