#AskTheExpert my 4 yr old daughter is not eating anything. on Sunday she had stomach ach after that she has stopped eating. she is a very active chind bt now a days she is feels very tired. before this she had good appetite but now she is not eating

Its okay if he eats less.. give him some time to get back to normal. Offer what he likes
Feed light foods like khichdi, without too much of spices and oil, feed bread idly dosa uttappam, soups (no spices) oats smoothies juices fresh fruits
