It Maybe due to deficiency of calcium or mostly diners because it is at one particular area only so I could be mostly due to dryness only I would advise you to start applying NMFE vitamin E cream regularly into that area and if they start subsiding within a weeks time to 15 days time then it is due to dryness only otherwise will have to consult your doctor
