Q.

#asktheexpert my 4-month-old is not doing active sucking at breast, and she drinks for only 5 to 10 mins hardly at only 1 breast per 1 feeding. She doesn't drink milk when awake. will this affect my breast milk supply as I have seen a low milk supply for a few days. please help me get thru this. tried bottle feeding, but she was refusing it

A. Hi Nikita, Tried feeding in a quite dark place though she is distracted and bottle she is refusing it purchased Philios Avent bottle. a quick question like I'm worried is will it affect my breastmilk supply without active sucking. as she is just 4 months old and drinking only when sleeping.

A. hello you should try feeding the baby in a silent place with no distraction and you can also try to express the milk and see the same using a bpa free bottle like babyhug show the baby will be able to take which will be better and nothing to worry about
