#AskTheExpert my 4.5 month baby is taking less milk now these days so that my elders are asking to start solid. Pls suggest is this the right age to start solid?

A. Hi parent It's preffered that she should be exclusively on BM upto her age of six months Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered. Mom should not use RO water. Mom should not consyme food that is tough to digest
