My baby is rejecting the breastfeed literally when she is awake even though getting enough milk.She is sucking when she is slept only. Elders are asking to introduce formula milk but I feel like why to introduce when am having enough milk. Doctor plss advice any tips for this . Do babies do these kind of things when they complete 4 months??

A. Namaste Mom This habit varies among babies though some because of issues with reflux they dont prefer to Another reason could be tongue tie nasal congestion etc a proper diagnosis would be helpful some steps that could be helpful - feed in calm and low light in private without any distraction as such - do this when the baby is awake - Keep their head slightly elevated with the help of your palm - Before the feed you could probably do some oral stimulation such as gentle massages or rubbing their cheeks gums etc - feeding them frequently instead of long feeding -dont force feed
