#AskTheExpert My 3 year old daughter frequently complains about leg pain. What can be the reason behind it and what can we do? I as a child too experienced these types of pains.

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3.2 years old and she is complaining of her legs cramps at night times so give her calcium vitamin d3 supplements and ORS before sleeping

A. Growing pains are cramping, achy muscle pains that some preschoolers and preteens feel in both legs. The pain usually occurs in the late afternoon or evenings. But it may cause your child to wake up in the middle of the night. Growing pains usually start in early childhood, around age 3 or 4.
