#AskTheExpert My 3 month old baby will not pass urine unless he lies down and is awake. Sometime he puts effort as well. Is this a cause for concern?

Author of questionFather of a 4 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. He is not showing any gas related discomfort. Curious to know if passing urine and gas have any relation. Main concern is that he does not pass urine when he is sleeping which sometimes is for 3 to 4 hours at a stretch

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. may be any gas pain .Gas and colic is very common thing in babies . Proper burping should be done after feed . Gastica drop 1 m l can be given to baby 2 to 3 times in a day for this .
