Q.

#asktheexpert My 3 month old baby girl always have watery eyes with discharge in both the eyes. The doctor said that her tear ducts are blocked. She also have swelling and redness on the eyelids and her skin is coming out between both the eyes. Is it due to tear ducts blockage only?

A. You need to consult an ophthalmologist and get that blocked Dr. cleared out so that the baby will not have any issues Otherwise it might get infected and cause unnecessary problems.

A. Does blockage does not lead to all the other things that you’re mentioning swelling and all maybe there is some another issue as well because the duct blockage can only lead to watering from the eyes so it would be better for you to get it checked with the eye specialist one time
