#asktheexpert....My 3 month 15 days baby boy has white sport on his gums what should I do

Are you sure there are spot because usually kids can start to have their teeth after completing the age of three months so maybe the white sports that you were seeing on the gums could be the new teeth coming accumulated into the mouth clean it properly with a soft and a wet cloth
