#AskTheExpert My 3.5yrs old son catches cold every now and then, yet he can't bear heat. He is also prone to ear infection. please suggest some home remedies to avoid such cold n cough

-Clean your hands.
-Avoid close contact to your child with people who have colds or other upper respiratory infections.
- Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing in front of baby.
- Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Don’t smoke and avoid agarbatti Or incense stick .
Keep well hydrate and give immunity booster food
