Q.

#asktheexpert my 3.5 month old exclusive breastfed baby is always constipated. She statins all the time and hardly poops once in 8-10 days. Can I do something about it ?

A. okay no problem hjh. Babies below 6 months may not be passing stool regularly a constipation of 8 to 10 days is absolutely normal in them there is no need of any medicines

A. hello breastfed baby will have less waste and can go without oassing motion to a max of one week and if baby si jot passing motion even after a week then it is better to check with your divtor4and he may adcise you with a suppository that can help baby pass motion
