#asktheexpert my 2 yr 7 month son looks smaller than children of his age. His weight is 12 kg..we dont take non veg food. pls tell me how to improve his growth..he is very active child and eats ok..my elder son who is 9 yr old is quite tall as per his age.

fresh fruit milkshakes.
paneer parathas
paneer , tofu or soya pulav
add dal, veges while kneading dough and give like theplas
add nuts powder in milk

each child is unique
as we look at your child weight gain,he or she is gaining really good weight
