#AskTheExpert my 2 year old son had fever first and next day diarrhea n vomiting.. He vomits everything whether its food or medicine. Now he z relieved from the fever after consulting doctor.She prescribed entero plus sachet and ofloxacin zanocin 100.But his stools are still runny n vomiting won't stop.

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symghptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infectiogn which needs antibiotics treatment

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy2 years agoA. Hi mom Continue with the medicine prescribed by the doctor. It will be fine. U can give domstal or ondem syrup to stop vomiting. Give easily digestible food like khichdi rice curd, banana, apple, sooji, coconut water etc
