#AskTheExpert My 2 year old boy looks very lean and noticing dark circle (Last 20 days) despite of having proper meals and snacks. What can ve given to increase weight and immunity. Thanks in advance

Make meal time fun with toys and story
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Wash area often with lukewarm water
Wash your hands often before touching your baby
