ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi kids can get their first milk teeth as early as 3-6 months.. usually first milk teeth to erupt is central incisor in either upper or lower arch.. consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper examination
