ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi babies can get their first milk teeth as early as 3-6 months.. consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination.. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth
