#asktheexpert my 1yr child is suffering from iron deficiency anemia... she is not gaining her height and weight....oral medicines lyk iron syrups n iron rich diet showing no results is it possible to give her iron injection?? does it helps her to gain height and weight

A. you should be giving your child iron rich food in the diet and also check with your doctor for other supplement that is needed to be given for the child and he will be able to advise your accordingly which would be better and also safe
