my son is suffering from iron deficiency anemia can i give him milk twice a day besides iron rich food ?

A. hello yes milk can be given twice in a day not a problem and around 500 ml can also be given along with that you can give your child iron rich food in the diet and this would help and the growth of the child and milk is absolutely safe to be given not a problem and nothing to worry
