#asktheexpert My 1yr 6months baby doesn't like to eat anything, how to inculcate the habit of healthy eating and also increase the interest about food? Could you please suggest few tips about different foods which can be offered to the child and make my baby eat at least a little?

A. Zinc helps in building appetite. Wheat bran, cashew nuts, and pumpkin seeds are good for improving the level of zinc in the body. Try incorporating these into your child's meals or snacks. Check with your child's doctor for zinc supplements as well.
