avoid packed powders. you can add crushed dryfruits, soaked dates, gulkand for making nutritious milkshakes.
you can give curd , buttermilk that is other dairy products if child doesn't like milk much.
they too have same nutritional value.

you can prepare fig milkshake , milk with dates.
or you can offer milk with honey or dry fruits powder also.
you can buy any good brand cup or sipper like Babyhug sipper for this.
