#AskTheExpert my 1year 11 months old daughter is doing potty with some mucus..is it due to some infection or due to cold...please help

please give Lukewarm water for drinking
please give daily sun light exposure
please give gentle massage on chest and limbs with mustard oil
please give easily digestible food like dal rice khichdi vegetable soup upma daliya etc
