#AskTheExpert my 1st child is 21month old and from last 2-3 months we are planning for baby but I couldn't conceive.My periods are coming time to time.I also breastfeed my baby.please let me now what should I do to conceive

A. please rule out PCOS. Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. It is possible to get pregnant while breastfeeding and not having a period, though the chances of conception are reduced. Pregnancy can occur any time starting about 3 weeks after giving birth, even if you are breastfeeding and have not yet had a period.
