Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for thffe child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other actjivities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Check if baby is having gas issue or some discomfort. Do massage well with coconut oil or olive oil before sleeping time and then give good food and then let baby sleep. Follow this method daily. Slowly baby will sleep all night dear.
