Q.

#AskTheExpert my 14 months old daughter won't eat properly. what ever I give her she will have only 4 or 5 spoons only. Am worried about her health.

A. it is advisable to meet your doctor who will examine the child and tell you whether the child is suffering from any nutritional deficiency or not and then will advise you proper treatment and kindly give plenty of water and Juice extracted from fruits which will act as natural appetizer

A. Hi parent Don't force h r to eat Don't over feed her. Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350. boiled and cooled down water should he used
