#AskTheExpert My 11.5 months old baby girl is having fever since 3 days. She also had loose motions for 2 days before the fever began. i have been giving her calpol 250 2 ml whenever fever comes. But fever around 101 reoccurs every 4-6 hours. pls advice what other meds or food can be given?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. it may be any viral. Temperature more than 99 is considered as fever . Digital thermometer can be used at armpit for checking for same . If fever is there paracetamol can be used 8 hourly for fever . If it remains more than 2 days then consult a doctor .
