Q.
baby is suffering from loose motions for past 5 days also have fever from yesterday

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along withjo management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial inffection which needs antibiotics treatment

So you should actually just go ahead with giving Entrogermina off to the child twice in a day for three days and for milk I would recommend you to try going ahead with lactose free milk for the time being as that is what is going to be important as of now and if required please consult the doctor for a stool test
